  If you're looking for customer service or reliability, you'll be extremely disappointed. If the food didn't make up for it, this place wouldn't be open for long considering how rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional the staff/owner is. Consistently late on deliveries, gotten my orders wrong on more than on occasion and has overcharged me by failing to apply discounts. I'm writing this review because I've had enough of this place. Went to pickup food and the place was closed with a sign saying 'will return soon' Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, went home and called until the owner picked up. Apparently he can't keep staff so he was out doing deliveries while being the only person working. Wanted me to drive all the way back, no offer of compensation, not even an apology. Never eating here again. Would not recommend.

  I friggin' love this place! The hours are awesome for people who like to stay up (or out) late. The pizza is the best in Marion (I'll fight you!). And the owner/manager is quite the character. I suggest dining in to get the best experience, because even I know the delivery times are gonna suck. People complain about the owner, but I have personally seen this man regard every customer with the same respect & attitude they show him, & more often than not, better than what they deserve (contrary to popular belief, the customer is not always right). But aside from the customer service, the food is what you're going for. And you should. Frequently. The pizza & calzones are straight up fantastic. The sandwiches are superb. My drunk self & my sober self both agree that this is one of the best places in Marion to eat!
